Chocolate / Brain Connection
"Art is like chocolate to the brain. It taps both sides. It has benefited the soul of the species since the time of cavemen or before." - Gene Cohan, director of the Center on Aging, Health and Humanities.
I thought this was appropriate to put up. Why not? I believe some of us need a different perspective on things in life.

Beauty in the eyes of
Every thing seems to be aligning up so perfectly.
Not everyone will see it but you'll know. It's in a way
like every minute unfolds matching even though they seem different.
But through your eyes you see magic and beauty in it. That's what matters.

Chocolate three times a day?
Chocolate three times a day may help people to feel good and not experience the irritability, cravings, hunger pangs, depression and feelings of deprivation associated with dieting. Consumed in controlled (small 1 ounce) amounts at specifically coordinated (between breakfast, lunch, and dinner) times of the day, that is!!! A one ounce serving three times a day 30 minutes before a meal provides a feeling of fullness so you will be able to eat less, and can help satisfy a sweet craving after meals as well. The taste of chocolate is definitely something we enjoy. It is often theorized that it is not the taste of the chocolate that we crave. We enjoy the sensation of big round fat globules rolling around on our tongues.

Things that...
I was sitting here thinking how I could reach someone like you. Someone who might be alone or who had lost a loved one to death or divorce or separation. To someone who was having a financial problem… when debts are high and income is low. To someone who works hard for a living or at their business and progress seems slow. To someone with personal problems involving themselves, their friends or family. Things I call the storms of life… things that are hard to carry, things that make us afraid and unsure of what to do or how to do it. I just want you to know that you're not alone.
